"Beautiful hotel, spacious & comfortable room, perfect location and spotless clean. The man who did our check in was very nice & helpful, but in general, the staff & atmosphere were pretty cold & distant. The restaurant & bar were closed 2 nights out of our 3 and the lobby lights were dimmed ..no visible staff at the reception, so the hotel felt empty & deserted. "

"The location is great next to the Starlight Express Theatre which we were visiting. Unfortunately the bar was closed after we’d seen the show although we were able to use the fridge in the lobby. Breakfast was a buffet style and an excellent selection. The room was a good size although the decor was rather dated. Overall we had a good stay."

"They no longer have refrigerators, which was really difficult for us. Also, the bed was not comfortable. It was really hard and the bed was very creaky. However, the facility was very nice. The bathroom was great and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The food was really, really good and everybody was very nice. They could make some improvements to the rooms for comfort level and put back refrigerators because it's very difficult to be out in another country for a week without having a...
