The design and ambiance were both modern and cozy, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent—very accessible and close to public transport, shopping areas, and many local attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with a smile. It was our first time visiting Korea, so having friendly and supportive hotel personnel really made a difference. We stayed in April and were lucky to find the hotel on sale when we booked. It turned out to be a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly enjoyed our time there. "Great location, with City Hall Station nearby, as well as Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market about 15 minutes away on foot. Room was spacious and clean. Towels get changed frequently, and the room has a refrigerator, which gets stocked with bottled water daily. There is a WowPass machine on the ground floor, so you can either buy a WowPass or top it up. There are also washing machines and dryers on site. Wonderful place to stay as a base in Seoul."
