It was extremely convenient after having flown all day, rather than having to figure out getting into town if it's your first visit to Japan. The rooms aren't large, but are clean and the amenities provided are nice. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff was extremely attentive - hauling our luggage from the entrance to the check in counter to the room (with no tipping of course!) - always greeted us, and there was no staff shortage. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and had a mini fridge. The ocean view was fun and memorable. The breakfast buffet also excellent. The hotel has direct access to the subway station and a 24-hour convenience store just one escalator away. A great experience overall!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, the view of the city from the reception area and from the room was amazing, could see Mt Fuji from my hotel window every day .The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was always helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent, it had wide variety of options. Fitness room was excellent and clean. The room was huge and had lots of space for your luggage. Location was only short walk about 5 minutes to subway station and there were also shopping centre nearby. I was so...

"Very nice hotel to stay at! The only thing is the ACs are not that cold. We called the front desk to ask to turn it down more and they turned the ECO mode off but it still wasn't cold enough so they kindly let us moved rooms. The AC in the new room was a little bit better as the fan was stronger. Overall, very nice place to stay! Great views!"

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
