"Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean"

"Lovely clean property in central area of the city, 10 min walk to Den Haag Centraal station or closer tram stations. All staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Noise from the fan and fridge were a little higher than expected but not enough to put me off going again. Overall very good"

"We had the suite for 1 night and everything about it was wonderful! They added a basket with drinks and snacks which was a nice extra touch. Having a balcony in our room was also a nice plus. Because we already had a lot in the room, we didn’t use any other facilities like the pool or gym."

"Great"

"Richard (fromt desk clerk) was beyond amazing! We arrived early so he secured our luggage so we could explore Rotterdam. He also gave us suggestions for dinner since the hotel restaurant was closed."

"Een lange zwarte haar in de wastafel van de badkamer. Niet kunnen slapen door het harde geluid van het ventilatiesysteem op de badkamer die continu bleef draaien en niet uitgezet kon worden. Goed bed en goede douche. Redelijk ontbijt. Bediening restaurant is zeer vriendelijk. Uitgelegd bij de receptie waarom ik maar 5,5 heb geslapen. Geen tegemoetkoming of wat doen ook. Naar mijn mening absoluut geen vier sterren waard. Prijs-kwaliteit niet in verhouding."

"We arrived at 10:00 pm and received an upgrade. That was good. However, the additional cost for a late checkout was 25 Euro, which we therefore did not take. The regular checkout was 11 pm - merely 13 hours later. I put the tag not to be disturbed, but the cleaner nevertheless knocked on the door at 10:40 or so. That was unpleasant and not correct."
