"The rooms are not cleaned well, debris in corners and most noticeable was the various stains on the top comforter. I called in to get a new comforter and was told their employees are not allowed to remove those (for washing) due to safety concerns. I insisted it was a safety concern for a paying customer and they proceeded to remove it for me. It was shocking to get that as a response. In addition, trying to order room service (in room dining) was a 45 min adventure. Online they advertise it but...

Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan."
