"I liked the location, right in the harbor, where the whale watching boats are. I liked the ambience, the hotel has charm and character. I liked my room, clean and functional, very nice modern bathroom. There was decaf in the room!"

"All the staff were Great answers all our questions. Our Hotel room was a nice size & clean.Breakfast was fine wished the Orange Juice would have been freshly squeezed rather than out of a machine. We went on a few Trips that were Fantastic like the Flyover theatre & The Perlan Museum that we both Enjoyed. Iceland is an expensive place to visit. Eating out was pricey The Taxis were very Expensive"

"Great location, clean and very helpful staff. Bus stop 13 is right outside the hotel and very convenient"

"Staff were great. Polite, helpful, attentive. Breakfast was great too with lots of variety."

"Really comfortable stay, nice room and helpful staff. Awesome location with tons of restaurants around. Street parking was close and easy. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Saga!"

"Really loved our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely view from our room and the location was perfect for getting around town. The only issue was the design of the shower. There is no drain pan so you have to get creative to keep the floor from flooding. We enjoyed drinks in the Sky Bar a couple of nights. Staff was friendly and offered...
