"Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee."

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes."

"A beautiful stay with thoughtful service, elegant surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail made the experience feel special. I’d happily return!”"

"Great Hotel with the best view of the city."

"The walls are too thin but the hotel provided ear plugs in anticipation of such events."

"Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Es war wirklich alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit, und ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Rezeptionsteam. Das Team hat mich bei meinen Planungen unglaublich gut unterstützt und mir dadurch vieles erleichtert. Auch als ich einige Tage nicht im...
