When I made the reservation on Hotels.com, I had written a special request to have hypoallergenic bedding since I am allergic to down. I received a message back that they had a pillow for me but none of their bedding was feather-free. I can’t believe that they can’t figure this out! After all, Suzhou is famous for its gorgeous silk filled quilts! Their Lounge Bar also needs to have a better...
