The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of foods from cereal and continental choices to full English cooked breakfast. We would certainly stay again if we were in the area."

"My bedroom was small and an interior, windowless bathroom made it rather airless and cramped. The room was very clean and had thoughtful homely touches. Most of the staff were polite and pleasant and the property is beautifully located within the New Forest"

"Beds were comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Only trouble was staff forgot to clean the room so we did not have fresh towels and tea/cofee refills after the first night. But when we informed the desk, they immediately sent someone with it. It shows how helpful the staff are and how quickly they corrected this. Amazing hotel and look forward to staying there again"
