Hotel lobby very nice furnished with the outdoor space to sit too.Friendly,polite staff. Room big with a comfortable big bed but basic. Good bathroom with a big shower. "Beautiful upmarket hotel steeped in history. Attractive decor, welcoming staff. Our king size deluxe roomand bathroom were lovely and spacious but unfortunately the view out the windows was of a small inner roof and other inward looking toom windows. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Busy lifts at check out time meant we had to wait at least 5 min for a space in one. The hotel was very convenient for the city centre and for the whole tram network."

"I really liked this hotel. It has a very industrial feel to it with exposed piping and unpainted plaster wall. Don’t go here if you are looking for a Hilton type hotel but if you are looking for something a bit different I would recommend giving it a go. I would definitely book here again."

"They do provide or offer even water in the room , it looks like it was a service apartment and not a hotel . Also for Breakfast they do not have any vegetarian options and you just need to depend on breads and fruits The location of the hotel is good . "
