"Not so good!"

"Great hotel. Very nice, clean. A couple of minutes walk from train station and bus stops. Rooms were nice. One minus, we faced the railway lune and could hear the trains all night. Breakfast was excellent even for vegetarians. Only a few minutes from Venice station by train for about 2 euros. Bus from airport to train train (hotel) was relatively expenive at 10 euros. But that is airport charging. Rest was above expectation. Would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Only stayed a night, but the staff were super helpful, the room was big and quiet, and my wife says breakfast was really nice. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the center but it's a nice walk along the river and we knew that when we booked. Room was clean but the seals at bottom of the shower door were noticeably a bit grungy while sitting you know where - so only four stars. Good value, I'd stay again."

"About 15 min walk to Venice Mestre station and bus station right outside - there was a bus strike on the day we wanted to go into Venice and the hotel staff did not inform us until after we had waited 25 mins for the bus to come that actually there is a strike. Air conditioning only works on certain days of the year in Italy too and you won’t get your room below 20 degrees. It was uncomfortable for us and will be staying elsewhere next time. "

"Travelled with family for winter break and I must say it was the right choice. Staff have been extremely polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Would like to specially mention Nicole/Katerina and Giulia. Some initial gripes and they get resolved within next few hours. I have booked a junior suite for the family which was upgraded FOC to the bigger suite the next day to make us more comfortable. Pros: Overall an extremely pleasant experience throughout a week of our stay and will definitely...
