"It was probably the worst hotel I’ve every stayed at. It was dirty. Everything was overpriced. The bar staff we’re aweful. I’m never staying there again."

"Perfect location, great sitting areas in lobby. Rooms might be small, but it’s NYC after all ! Would definitely stay here again - good value"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Nice lobby area for people to meet during the weekend. Staff was professional and helpful. Maintenance could be improved. Coffee makers in rooms would be a distinct enhancement!"

"Destination fee was a bummer."

"ロケーションはよいと思います。 ちょっとお得感はないが でも今の円安状況ではしょうがないと思います。 セキュリティはしっかりしていて、ひとり旅にはうれしい。 grab and goの朝食付きは美味しかったし最高だけれど、早めに行かないと行列が出来ていて、急いでいたので諦めたのが残念。 総じてスタッフはフレンドリー。"

"I was solo so the rooms, while small, were outfitted with everything I needed. The bed was a reclining bed so I was able to elevate or move it back to a sleeping position which was so nice. There was shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower with a rainfall shower head. I also had a blow dryer. I got the room with a city view and it was stunning from the 25th floor. I dropped my bags when I arrived for a small fee and the gentlemen who assisted were so very helpful courteous and kind. I...

"One of the bedside lamps wasn’t working and neither was one of the outlets by the window. The bathtub faucet was completely hanging off of the wall and rusted and the tub couldn’t drain unless you sat there holding it. The bathroom sink was grimy and moldy around the edges. For $850 a night, I expected it to be kept up better."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Definitely, a worn hotel. I found corn chips under the table upon arrival. Spoke with the front desk, they were never cleaned up (6 days). Bed headboard was broken and mattress was concave. Mold in the shower. The shower water temperature was never consistent. They came and took garbage and towels every day…… but didn’t replace the towels. The only positive was the proximity to Time Square, Bryant Park and Macy’s. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

"When they send a text about going to the rooftop, keep in mind there is a charge."

"Very convenient stay close to MSG and Times Square. Staff is very kind and helpful, especially the bellman who helped us with storing our bags before checking in. They also stored them after check out before leaving for the airport for several hours. The hotel also offers a private car service to and from airport for a very fair price!"
