"A good central location in the city, and very close to the City Hall venue. The staff were very friendly on the Reception when checking in and out of the Hotel. The bedroom was spacious and furnished to a high standard with everything you needed. However it was disappointing service in the bar, as the gentleman with the beard who was serving on the Saturday night had very poor hygiene standards. When putting the lime in my glass he used his fingers instead of tongs. When I asked for another...

"the bedding was way too thick for the room and the fan was very loud. As we have had the heatwave the bedding was heavy and hot, it was very hard to get comfortable as there is no air-conditioning in the room only heating and a self control lighting"
