"we weren’t advised of outrageous valet prices and we had to ask several times for the car to be charged and it wasn’t done! there was blood on our bedding sheets and no remote access for 2 days! was offered 2 days off of parking but even when trying to leave for airport we had to go pay for parking across the street and pay for charging station. was one of the worse stays at the hilton."

"Close to the beach!"

"My wife and I loved our time and stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice restaurant on site, very close to Waikiki Beach, tons of food options near by, and really everything you could want is within walking distance. A+ would stay again and recommend to anybody!"

"Great everything"

"今回、シティ側の部屋にしたのですが、１日中、車音と風がキツイので風切り音が聞こえている以外はOK！ 出来れば海側の部屋にするのはオスメスです 前回は海側だったので違いがよくわかりました"

"Nice location but next we will plan to pay a bit more for an up to date functioning building. The staff were truly wonderful people and provided exceptional hospitality."

"Nice clean room, room service is every other day but can call and ask and they will accomodate. Staff was all very friendly."

"Property is a little dated, but the staff make this a six star experience.Everyone from the desk to the room attendants.Location is second to none would not hesitate to stay again."
