"What a welcome from the receptionists. The staff are incredibly helpful, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless, bed was really comfy, facilities like hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge and tv all excellent. My only critique was no mirror on or near dressing table to do hair and makeup. "The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. My room looked out on the front entrance rather than the main road so was very quiet. The hotel bar was pleasant with windows and an entrance onto the main street, and it wasn't overly expensive. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and I'd say was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had anywhere. The food was good quality, well cooked (where applicable), and the selection very good. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting...

"Perfect location next to Piccadilly train station. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms so everything was brand new. Very quiet with blackout curtains so able to sleep in. All the staff were really nice and special mention to Habish, the bar manager who looked after us so well at the hotel bar. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Manchester, highly recommend. "
