"Hotel was everything you would expect and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat there or use the Spa, so can't comment. One thing that reduces the score to 4 out of 5 is the somewhat disingenuous approach to parking facilities: offering Hotel parking in the basement of the multistorey car park overnight for £18, but if you park on any other level, it's £6.60... Discovered this because the Hotel section of the car park was full - it's not a massive amount of money, but to some it would make...
"Great room in the oldest part of the house - very clean and well maintained. Bar, evening meal and breakfast were all excellent. Grounds were nice to walk a round."

"It’s a good hotel and I recommend it. The rooms aren’t too well insulated corridor wise so it cam be a bit noisy with people passing…suggest asking for a room at the end of the corridor if that’s an issue.

"We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and overall had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. The views across the golf course were beautiful and it really is somewhere you can unwind and slow down. Looking out over the open landscape was incredibly peaceful.
My main disappointment was the cleaning. The communal area leading to the apartments didn't appear to have been cleaned when we arrived. I deliberately waited a couple of days to see if it would be attended to, but by the third day the same...
"Hotel needs upgrading. Very squeaky floors. No elevator for this hotel. Staff has been very helpful in carrying our luggages but my concern is their health safety that sooner or later they will have back problems. Hopefully management will do best not only for the customers but for their staff as well."
