The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of foods from cereal and continental choices to full English cooked breakfast. "Excellent hotel, it was a surprise to have such a fantastic experience. Service great, rooms comfy and clean, food available all hours. We even got free gym and swim (both amazing) the next morning. Gym/swim was free for a club room, £5 additional for other rooms. Can't recommend enough"

"We chose this area as it’s close to Heathrow and the perfect launching place for our touring holiday in England. This Holiday Inn is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. On arrival we grabbed a snack in the bar before retiring for the night. Breakfast in the morning was a full English breakfast to help us start the day. Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised.
