"This hotel would improve a lot if they used their wonderful waterfront location for the public areas. There is nowhere to eat, sit, drink etc. other than in dark depressing spaces. Great shame but they need a better interior designer. "

"The lobby is beautiful. The room was nice but the door to the bathroom was so narrow (picture a closet door) you almost need to turn sideways to go in and out. The breaker blew in the bathroom after using the hotel provided hair dryer for three minutes - nothing else plugged in at the time. "

"Sofa bed was unusable. Kept trying to fold itself back up. Valet parking could use a new system considering the busy street the front entrance is on. Mini kitchen could have had some bowls or plates for use to reheat food in microwave. Very surprised coffee wasn't available in the lobby until at least check out time at noon. Would have been nice to have a fresh cup of coffee while waiting for valet to bring the car. Room was very nice. King size bed was comfy. Lots of room for 3 friends to have...
