"Room was very clean and attended to each day. We enjoyed the lively restaurant bar/dance club. Very upscale crowd of aWe had some issues with the safe in our room but the staff quickly attended and resolved the matter. I appreciated the prompt response to the urgent request and respect for privacy/confidentiality. We enjoyed our week long stay and plan to return."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"After finding out"

"The View was excellent!"

"This is not a 4 star hotel. This is at best a 2 star motel. The paint is peeling off the trims everywhere, there was a moldy smell in the room because there is no vent in the bathroom and the window is across from another building. And it has no blinds. So you have to take a shower with the window closed and then open the window to vent the room. I guess a lot of guest don’t open the window at all. There is no coffee in the room yet there is a coffee pot downstairs and Starbucks yet I find it...

"We loved the location of this hotel. It was an easy walk to Times Square and subway stations to explore the city. The only issue we had was with our bathroom slider that stuck a bit."

"Great value for the price and an excellent location. The staff were very nice and friendly. Housekeeping comes later in the day, but the room is cleaned. One downside is that the restroom in the basement doesn’t have walls for privacy. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for an affordable stay in a convenient location."

"Overall it was a good hotel to stay at, a little out date but room was surprisingly spacious, some remodeling around the hotel but that’s expected in NY, but hotel location was perfect near time square"
