Had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and enjoyed the spa area then too although your not allowed to use the spa in the evening unless you private book And pay extra for it? Then the dinner rates were extremely expensive and not a tasteful menu. The location was also very hard without a car and I struggled with a train, bus Then walking just to reach there, had to then pay twice to get uber's back and forth to my venue and reason for staying at the...

"Beautiful hotel. Rooms are large with super comfy beds. Lovely walk in shower in bathroom. And a coffee machine in the room. Restaurants/snack bar were fantastic "

"Can easily walk to the cruise terminal (with luggage). The Foodhallen across the street has a great variety of cuisines and drinks. Grocery store is one or two blocks away. Water and candy (free) are available in the lobby. "

"The staff was variable. Some exceedingly kind and pleasant but some abrupt. The facility sent me a note the day before arrival indicating there would be construction in the hotel. I told them that it was not excellent of them to send this less than 24 hours before arrival. But we did not experience any noise. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was very good.it had easy access to the harbor area which was nice."
