"Very friendly hotel, the staff were really great and nothing was too much trouble. Great team at breakfast and a hands on manager."

"The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic. The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline."

"The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious with tea and coffee facilities. The location was close to Swansea Museum. It was not far from the Marina and the National Waterfront Museum as well as Plantasia and a walk away from Wind Street."

"Lovely big, clean room with a sofa, table, chairs, huge bed and a gorgeous view. Loads of parking and a nice garden to enjoy. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and very helpful. The evening meal, Chicken Supreme, was fantastic and so was the breakfast (porridge with blueberry compote). I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and can't wait to stay again."
