"The hotel was lovely. Just outside the old center of Lucca, a short walking distance. The breakfast was really good. The room was nice (the windows were small on our floor even though we paid for a larger room). Overall, it is worth not worrying about staying in the ZTL. I was in Lucca 25 years ago when that wasn’t an issue and had a lovely hotel in the historic center but now that it is an issue, this is a good alternative."
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

Camera abbastanza nuova, anche se non grande (l’anta dell’armadio si apre solo parzialmente perché troppo vicina al letto), molto silenziosa e con la possibilità di fare buio assoluto. Da migliorare la manutenzione: i sanitari perdevano acqua, la cassaforte non si chiudeva. Buona la prima colazione, anche se migliorabile (poca scelta p.es. Mancava frutta...
"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order.
