It was a romantic weekend getaway filled with complete admiration and appreciation of countless special touches John & Karen put into their bed & breakfast. You simply plan a getaway, they handle every perfect detail. I spent the weekend in awe again and again and again. This experience far surpassed the reasonable rates and we cannot wait to go back!

The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom had lovely fixtures. However, the bathtub was very slow to drain. We mentioned this to the person running the desk downstairs and she quickly took care of it. Unfortunately, we did not have an opportunity to check out the restaurant for either breakfast or dinner. Would definitely recommend this nice little inn.

Shuttle available, wine and cheese hour - we didn't avail ourselves of either but a nice offering. Breakfast included in room rate - nice mix of hot and cold items. Free parking on site. Would return.

This place is a quiet and comfy alternative to the hotel district right next to Niagara Falls. While this property is a 5-minute drive from the falls, we prefer not to stay in the middle of noise and traffic, so this B and B suited us well. Daphne the owner is very friendly and helpful, and she prepares a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast. We had the king suite, which was quite comfy.

From the moment we arrived at the front desk until the moment we left, every interaction with staff was excellent. Comfort and wishes of the guest seem to be paramount. We arrived late for lunch but this was no problem for them. We asked the same afternoon if there was any way we could have afternoon tea at 5.30 so we could do it as pre-theater..the Chef was happy to make it especially for us as long as we could start at 5.15 because dinner starts at 5.30. It felt like nothing was too much...

What’s not to like here. Fabulous modern furniture and artwork throughout. Best location by far in Niagara. Wonderful staff who somehow know what you need and want before you know it yourself. Pricey but worth it. You know you deserve a treat!

The neighborhood was only about a fifteen minute walk from the horseshoe falls, which was easily walkable. I had traveled 7 hours to get there and what i got there was more then what i expected everything was easy going staff was super nice food was very good water park was for every age and size just not kids. The room we got was perfect and at night you can sleep very good and quiet will definitely drive another 6 to 7 hours to stay there loved the place.
