Even after raising my concerns directly, I received no apology, compensation, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I...

"The hotel is quite old and showing its age. The breakfast and restaurant menus were expensive and not very appealing. Out of all the hotels I stayed at in Italy, this was my least favorite. There was no warm and welcoming feeling."
