"We did arrived on the day of Oslo Marathon. Took us almost an hour to find the hotel due to road closing. In this kind of event, google map is more reliable with the current road diversion. Check in at the hotel, the room we got is not yet clean from previous guest. The replacement room is not the type of room we reserved and paid. We booked a Premier Room with Panoramic View of the Fjord. What we get is full view of the Railway Station, and partial view of the fjord. Bathroom was very small...

"I was a solo 60 yrold male American tourist in Oslo for the first time for 4 nights. I can't imagine a better hotel to choose. The location is perfect, next to central station and walkable to the opera house and waterfront. The room was clean, nice and comfy, shower was amazing. Breakfast was really great each morning, the bar is nice and alive in the evenings. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Fantastic hotel and experience, highly recommended. "
