"Terribly unprofessional front desk staff. Unbelievable. Was hung up on TWICE on the phone and then couldn't get any professional discussion at the front desk. Zero acknowledgement. All over 10 bucks for the airport shuttle... unbelievable. My wife and I checked in yesterday evening and had a car rental to return back at the airport (5 min drive away). "Great clean room. Beautiful friendly lady that checked us in."

"The hotel was fine, but the over priced breakfast was the worst we had at any of the hotels we have stayed at over the last 9 weeks travelling around the world. Don’t bother, just go out to a nice cafe."

"The property is well located, with convenient access to Metro and bus services, as well as a good selection of nearby eateries. The gym is well equipped, and having access to laundry facilities is a definite advantage. Check in was fast. Staff are courteous and always willing to assist (including the cleaning staff)"

"thank you for everything"

"The location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The space was smaller and more compact than I am used to, but it was a good experience and getting in and out of the city was perfect."

"Enjoyed the location of the hotel and parking availability"

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn't fault it. Everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to other travellers."

"Lovely hotel, great location for public transport, lovely buffet breakfast"

"Bed was comfortable. Hotel itself is looking dated and tired. Rooms are semi renovated however silicone and grout in showers are discoloured /mouldy and need replaced. I wouldn’t recommend this property."
