"Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. We stayed after the slamdunk festival. No issues with late check in, lots of parking, very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Sorted out an issue with Expedia not sending through confirmation I’d paid with them promptly and without fuss. Highly recommended, will definitely book for SlamDunk 2027."

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "Lovely staff, very helpful . Our room was very nice, but a little bit tired and old-fashioned . That was a tear in one of the curtains and the French window onto the garden didn’t engage down at the bottom thus not locking properly alsowe had a lightbulb out on the wall lights behind the bed. Nothing to spoil the visit. It was taken on board at reception when we mentioned it on our departure. Also have to comment that one of our breakfast was not good for £20 per person.
