"All good, thanks"

"Great location and top-notch service. Stayed here for its convenience to the train station, and it exceeded expectations. Very quiet despite being so central, modern eco-themed rooms, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!"

"I am in country with family and there was a family emergency that has kept us in Tuscany. Even with a legitimate doctors note with extensive information they denied refunding me even for one day of my stay after providing them with all the medical information needed. Terrible custom service and this is enough for me to never recommend this brand to anyone especially if you’re traveling with someone who is handicapped. Very unfortunate situation."

"Great stay."

"Stuff is very professional."

"Nice breakfast buffet"

"Lovely hotel in the center of the city. Great attention to little details"

"We prepaid for a room at Hotel Glam and when we got there they told us they were fully booked and moved us to a sister hotel Scarletti. It was in a questionable neighborhood and we were uncomfortable walking there after dark. It was very minimal hotel with no amenities. We picked Hotel Glam because it is close to the train station and has a restaurant and other amenities, I feel like we got the shaft!"
