"Great stay, the only thing I would say is I was in the back corner by a stairwell and it was pretty noisy. I could also hear the people above me in the morning. The rooms are really big and spacious and beds are comfy! Hotel is in a perfect location in OTR. staff was great! They brought me a mini fridge when I asked. I would stay here again, but pick a room away from a door/stairwell!"

"Really loved 30’s vibe and the live jazz music. Staff was very nice and the room! Only problem was our toilet wasn’t flushing properly!"

"A proper and functioning heater was not working in the room."

"Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and clean."

"The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again...

"Unfortunately, we could only stay for two nights, but this was a wonderful hotel in a superb location, next to a very charming arcade. The rooms were absolutely excellent. The staff service, in particular from Jennifer, was really wonderful, and we had an incredibly enjoyable stay. The meal and drink in the restaurant in the evening were astonishingly good, coming from a small hotel."

"Very nice! Would stay here again."

"This is a nice hotel, and it is likely to be a really nice hotel in the future. They are under a pretty big renovation right now (10/26). This created construction noise starting at 8:00 am (a couple of days a little earlier than that). The room we stayed in was in good shape, but likely slated for the renovation. Lobby, dining and bar area are very nice. Staff was amazing. Sleeper sofa in our room was terrible, worst than most sleeper sofas. The mattress needs replacing at a minimum. ...

"This is and older hotel, and needs a serious overhaul. The bathroom door handle came off the door, looks like they tried to use adhesive. The ceiling had places where there was a leak and was poorly repaired. The staff was great, and made the stay pleasurable. I will stay elsewhere until the hotel is updated."

"Beautiful hotel with quick and easy check-in."

"Good location"

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...
