"I’ve been here numerous times over the past few years and have always loved everything about it. However, on this trip, I discovered that we had access to the amenities at their two sister properties, including an indoor pool and two outdoor pools. The other hotels are the Christmas farm inn and Whitney inn at the base of black mountain ski resort. We’ve eaten at both hotels too and we heartily recommend them. "Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. "
