"The location is wonderful. The balcony overlooks the lake. While there is no air conditioning, opening the windows allowed the cool breeze from the lake to make our stay very comfortable. Worth the cost!"

"Every person working there with whom we interacted was marvellous. The only exception was the driver who picked us up from the car rental place at the airport. He drove like a crazy madman. But the hotel was lovely and all were so helpful. We ate at their little cafe and it was fine. The pool was awesome! "

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We got stuck in Arona due to a train strike and managed to get a room at Hotel Bristol and the staff helped us arrange transportation to Milan the next day so we can continue on with our journey. Hotel was really nice, although past its heyday. A really different feature is the “elevator” that moves like a train. Room was very clean, not enough bathroom Amenities. "We have only good things to say about this property. It was conveniently located for our rental car location. They had shuttles to/from the airport. The property looked new or newly renovated, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant on premises as well as a lounge/bar area. The staff were VERY helpful and courteous - and spoke many different languages."

"Room was fantastic, very spacious and well appointed. Only disappointment was the ‘orange juice’ at breakfast was I think orange squash, shame not to have real juice at such a nice place. Freshly squeezed OJ was available to order at €5 but I think basic juice should have been available. Spa was possibly the nicest we’ve been. Staff everywhere were really helpful."
