"Ficamos por 2 dias nesse hotel em Lucca e ficamos muito satisfeitos. Embora não fique dentro da cidade (muralha), fica próximo para ir tanto a pé, como de carro, além de ter estacionamento no local. Bem próximo tem supermercados excelentes e um McDonalds imediatamente ao lado. É um hotel com padrão bem acima da média para o que se vê na Europa, principalmente em cidades menores. Além de ser mais moderno/novo, quarto e banheiro são espaçosos. Chuveiro muito bom, o que foi raro de se ver nos...

"Lovely place. It's more of a boutique accommodation than a regular one. The rooms are clean and the staff are super polite and friendly. My elder parents had to stay on the main level as there's no elevator but the room had a big, beautiful terrace. The Pisa Tower is just around the corner. It's a short walk from the hotel and so are some of the best restaurants and shopping spots. So convenient! "

"Accueil attentionné et en français. Hôtel très bien situé à la fois calme et permettant de visiter le centre de Lucca à pieds. Compter 15mn à pieds de la gare. Chambre spacieuse propre meublée à l’ancienne avec grande salle de bains , climatisation un peu faible. Salon et salle de petit déjeuner avec charme et excellent petit déjeuner. Au total un hôtel qui vaut ses étoiles avec personnel professionnel et accueillant."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Dipinto. Excellent location, access to their parking garage (and staff parks and retrieves your car!). Our room was very clean, well appointed, and had an interesting upstairs loft-like attic space with a TV and sofa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby area is very nice and breakfast was great. Lucca is a wonderful town to visit and I feel Palazzo Dipinto enhanced the experience. "
