"Excellent room, good size for 3 people, good utilities, good location."

"住宿勝在鄰近池袋鐵路站，附近有大型百貨公司及商場，食肆亦多選擇。 酒店住宿方面：房間設施比較落後，不是插房咭就亮燈那種；浴室換氣系統失靈，浴後牆壁天花都是濕的。 但職員都非常好，讚！"

"とてもよかったです！"

"Great!!! Super close to the station and sky tree right outside the hotel, definitely worth it"

"This was me and my husbands second stay at this hotel and both stays were fantastic! Great location with lots to do within walking distance as well as right across the street from a train station that could get you most places quick! Very clean room and plenty of room. A fantastic experience!"

"Room is clean . Hotel is easy access to Tokyo station"

"Overall great hotel. We enjoyed it. The only con for us (but that is personal preference) although firm the pillows were too flat. Would recommend 10/10"

"I chose this hotel based on reviews and the competitive price so I wasn’t really expecting an awful lot. I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s super convenient being right next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal so it’s a simple one stop bus ride from either airport - plus it’s attached to one of the major subway lines so getting to all the major sites was easy and fast. We stayed in an executive room which gives you access to the very nice executive lounge which has free breakfast, light snacks at...

"The room was clean and very comfortable. It was across the street from shopping and train station. VERY CONVENIENT! We went to Disneyland and the hotel provided a free shuttle."

"I didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel. Washroom wasn’t clean enough. There were hair strands in the washroom. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. I booked a SMOKING room for 2 by accident. It was terrible. It stank. The moment the elevator opened, you could smell the cigarette smoke on 11th floor. Thank God we were only booked for one night. THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL THO."

"It is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. As foreigners, it was nice to arrive and not feel intimidated; the super friendly staff even gave us a gift."

"No laundry on site, not enough amenities had to make appointments to dine"

"The room is modest, which is what I expected. That said, perfect for my purposes as a solo traveller. Clean, functional, well situated. The fitness centre is a few weights, weight machines, rubber bands, and mats. Two huge pluses: the nearness of Tabata metro station, and the varied and excellent breakfasts. Oh, and the availability of a drinks machine which provided hot or cold coffee, tea or water any time of the day or night. Tokens to supplement your drinks and food arrangements were a nice...

"The location was in the middle of electric town. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They offered a gachapon game which we won some unique discount for the restaurant."

"Spacious and clean. Convenient location. Liked the in suite vacuum !"
