"Very convenient hotel close to airport with a shuttle. We stayed here one night when we landed in Narita before moving onto our next destination. Expansive breakfast buffet and beautiful walking grounds."

"👍"

"Need sit down breakfast restaurant that is not a buffet."

"The stay and hotel staff were great and very helpful, only issue I had was the airport shuttle never showed up so I had to taxi to the airport. Only complaint I have really."

"Everything was good however there is limitations in on-dining service"

"Nice hotel to stay in if you have to overnight in Narita to catch an am flight. The 17th floor lounge had great drinks and delicious food. The servers were delightful and so was the front desk hostess. Property is aging but clean and rooms were fine for this purpose."
