"Very convenient hotel close to airport with a shuttle. We stayed here one night when we landed in Narita before moving onto our next destination. Expansive breakfast buffet and beautiful walking grounds."

"clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was great - continental and Japanese"

"とてもよかったです！"

"朝ごはんとっても美味しかった"

"スイートルームに泊まりました。荷物は部屋まで運んでくれます。部屋はとても綺麗で広く、空調なども使いやすかったです。快適に過ごしました。スイートでも早割りなどを使えば、泊まれる価格です。"

"👍"

"Need sit down breakfast restaurant that is not a buffet."

"I didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel. Washroom wasn’t clean enough. There were hair strands in the washroom. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. I booked a SMOKING room for 2 by accident. It was terrible. It stank. The moment the elevator opened, you could smell the cigarette smoke on 11th floor. Thank God we were only booked for one night. THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL THO."

"The stay and hotel staff were great and very helpful, only issue I had was the airport shuttle never showed up so I had to taxi to the airport. Only complaint I have really."

"Beds were super comfortable. Not too soft. Room size was nice. Shower was amazing."

"Everything was good however there is limitations in on-dining service"
