"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property consists of two parts – one is a little older, but everything is well maintained, clean, and fully functional, while the other part is newly built and feels modern and fresh.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful view of the Alps. The new wellness area is also very nice and includes two saunas, making it a perfect place to relax after a day...

"The hotel is in the center of the old town, which made walking around to tourist sites VERY easy. The ambiance was of old Tyrol. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, but not included so a bit pricey"
"This hotel has great location and very friendly staff. It's in the city's pedestrian only area which is part of old town. But public parking is only two-minute walking. We had no problem with parking at all. This hotel is convenient to many major attractions and shops/restaurants. Truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel."
"Der Empfang/ die Rezeption war freundlich. Der Gastrobereich war nicht Kundenorientiert. Seit dem Personalwechsel unterirdisch. Die Teller werden abgeräumt, wo der Gast noch den Mund voll hat. Die Zimmer waren schon mal besser gereinigt worden. Schade, wir waren das vierte Mal dort...
Die Entwicklung geht in die falsche Richtung."
