A operating restaurant, housekeeping, spa and sauna, ambience and warmth, qualified and efficient staff of any sort. This hotel is so bad that it should not be open. From the dead flies on the floor to some else toiletries in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. Originally built as an old people's home it retains that theme so if you are...

I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi.
