"The property is very well taken care of. There were a few maintenance items that could use some attending. Paint touch up, lights in first floor bedroom kept tipping over, there was no umbrella for the outside patio table (who does not have a umbrella in sunny Florida for the pool?), a few weeds that could have used some picking, couch in main living area was pretty well used and gross looking upon arriving - and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. Would I rent again - absolutely, however,...

"Property was in quiet, clean and new neighborhood. Pool was just a quick couple minute drive. Restaurants, groceries, gas and interstate were easy access. My only complaint was three bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper? This may have been an oversight. I would definitely stay again. Also great communication and easy texting with any questions. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The house was gorgeous, clean and in a fantastic location. The only thing that was extremely disappointing was the surprise charge of $272.08 USD/$410.30 CAD to heat the pool and spa for the week. That should be included or made clear in the listing."
