"This was our first stay in Crystal Cove. Someone from HOA called the front desk to tell them that we had too many guest. We had a 3bed 3 bath unit. 5 beds with and a pull out couch. We had 2 adults and 8 children, all under the age of 15. And 5 under the age of 8. The HOA also complained that the 2 kids bikes that we brought down were parked in front of another unit. "Rooms don’t look anything like advertised online. The front desk staff was helpful with check in, but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for questions regarding housekeeping and amenities.
