"The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. "Clean rooms and hotel. Excellent service at the restaurant. Couldn’t open the windows or use the balcony/deck because there was a very loud, constant sound coming from beneath the deck - maybe the HVAC system? Unbearably loud, 24x7. Upon checkout, I wanted to tip the chambermaid but realized only had US dollars. I asked for advice from the woman at the front desk and her response was that they had “No use for dollars”, her overall tone condescending, as if I was offering complete garbage. I realize it wasn’t ideal but I wanted to leave the chambermaid something rather than nothing. The negative interaction was a disappointing last experience with the hotel ."
