"Absolute misrepresentation of what the pictures look like or the acclaimed 4-Star hotel classification. The entire property is old and could use a total renovation (particularly the scary-old elevators). Rooms are tiny and look so old as well. The restroom sink is outdated in size and style (a tiny flat surface sink with a wooden bottom stand with doors) and also had a bad smell. "The room floors were sticky the bed covers had stains on them and some stains looked like dried blood, We asked for new coverings which they agreed but the longer we waited the more uncomfortable we felt in the room, We asked for an immediate refund which we were given, We rented a room at the resident Inn which was night and day difference "

"I had a guys on a business trip and they made it very convenient for them as a booking agent for them. I have never experienced such great staff service over the phone. They were very helpful and they were able to help us with our needs if you're ever in Jacksonville, this is probably one of the best places to stay, especially with such a helpful staff "

"Golf Hall of Fame has moved. The property seems abandoned. The roof was leaking in the lobby. Room was in poor condition. Amenities were outdated and/or in poor condition. There is no way I would have paid $200+ per night if I had seen the place in person, prior to booking. Staff was nice."
