"We had a really good stay at Auckland City Hotel. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great option for staying in the city and being close to everything. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying here again. 😊"

"Staff were so lovely and the rooms were nice. It’s a shame they don’t have hot chocolate only coffee and tea."

"Clean, affordable, and the staff were helpful m. The food was great and the hotel was close to the Airport."

"Lovely place to stay, and professional, friendly staff. Great atmosphere and good location. Good size room with comfortable bed and pillows."

"Nice building across the street from Albert Park, easy to walk to tons of restaurants and groceries, art museum and public transport. Room was very clean with lots of space and kitchen area is well appointed. Gym has enough for a basic workout, sauna was good, but the hot tub was cold."

"Although the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed, the room did not look as expected in the photos. The carpet was worn and torn in places and didn't look very clean."

"Great breakfast, excellent location in the city and very close to the new rail link. Lead in level rooms starting to look a bit tired."

"Really nice and spacious room in the centre of Auckland, with great views of the city. The hotel had great amenities and a decent breakfast. The only downside was the car parking situation, having to use the next door multi story car park and get your ticket validated on leaving."

"Perfect spot to stay for a Spark Arena concert. Staff were lovely and it made the night a breeze. Highly recommend."
