"The hotel is nice but not at this price point, rooms are clean, lobby is very nice unfortunately once you step outside the hotel you are greeted by construction, dirty streets, pan handlers, homeless, endless parade of bikers and trucks loudly revving their engines that I could hear all the way from the 23rd floor. Called for bath towels for my room can't really tell you how long took for them to deliver them but we left about an hour after and they still hadn't arrived, found them by the door...

"I wouldn't recommend this location at all to the point where I checked out after one day and went to another one. The room is very outdated and the shower had rust in it and wouldn't drain. This was not up to standard for a Hilton stay. Parking was $35 a day for self parking and $50 a day for valet. I wemt to the Hilton Garden down the road and paid $10 a day for parking and had a 5/5 stay! "
