"The room, corridors, reception, restaurant, executive lounge all clean. A better quality wine would be preferable in Executive Lounge. Pillows a bit too soft. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Dinner selection offered good mix. Breakfast items, by time on plate to table, items lukewarm. There was a fire drill finishing and lifts were going to be delayed in restarting so used stairs. "Great food, clean, but there are no power outlets in the bathroom. The bath is exceedingly dangerous btw with a tub a foot up and no shower door. I felt unsafe in the shower"

"Lowest price for area. Easy to find, excellent welcome at reception. Car park underneath easy to use but £18 per night! Rooms small but good, clean with all you need. Bar very poor and food definitely not al la carte but ok. Lady in cafe excellent- guys (not in suits) in restaurant could learn from her about customer service. Lifts speedy. Overall would use again but eat elsewhere. "
