"Very helpful staff at reception helped us relocate us and our luggage when water problems forced us from our two rooms. The staff at the restaurant was none too friendly. The hotel was farther from the hotel than we would have liked, and I'd book a closer one next time, though the shuttle service we paid for was helpful. They don't serve alcohol beverage before 6pm, kind of unusual if you're relaxing the day before an early flight."

"Todo en orden, limpio, personal súper atento. Desayuno súper bueno, lindas vistas, cerca de Termini 2-3 min caminando. Unos 25-30 min caminando de las atracciones en Roma."

"My husband has MS and uses a mobility scooter. The room was perfect and the shower area was fully accessible. The location was very convenient. We were also very pleased with the quality of food in the restaurant. Highly recommend!"
