"We arrived at 430 and room was not ready we finally collected our room key at 630pm and the room air conditioning didn’t work so we spent the night outside of sheets totally burnt because it was so hot when you spend $300 you expect air conditioning and at least a check in on time The area of the hotel was not the best either but we managed to get out without any harm"

"We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too. Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures. Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants. Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!"

"We were disappointed withe condition of the room. The bathroom sink had lots of cracks, the floors were chipped in a number of places. 4 beers and 2 burgers were $128. Euros, ridiculous. The price of the room did not equate with the condition of the room. When we checked out were charged for premium internet, no one told us. Will not recommend this hotel. I know that no one will call us about this."

"Wanted to stay close to CDG airport for return flight to US. Really not looking for much else. A what a wonderful experience. Staff was great. A travelers’ hotel. Efficient. Nice bar. Nice restaurant. But best part was a 5 minute walk to Terminal where we caught a train to our departure terminal. We were checked in, bags dropped, and through security in 1 hour. Super easy. No stress. Far better than I expected."

"The hotel is located next to the airport. It is a decent place to spend a night before your flight. Good breakfast. Clean room. The shuttle to the airport is included: we returned the car at the airport in the evening after our trip to rural France and took the shuttle to the hotel; then, in the morning, the hotel's shuttle took us to the airport, which was convenient."

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train....

"This hotel is extremely convenient if you need to be close to Gare de Lyon. I did not like controlling everything with an iPad. I didn’t realize that I had to schedule room cleaning so that kind of sucked the first few days. Room is small but fine for one person. Staff was very nice, especially at the restaurant where I had to install myself one day to deal with work stuff. One other unfortunate thing is that have covered the hotel in a banner which blurs the incredible view of the city! What...

"Cleanlyness of our room was Very Satisfied towels replaced daily and Bedding freshly changed and made up. Staff: Checking in/Room Cleaning Staff were friendly and professional, My Brother and I were very disappointed on waking up to go downstairs for Breakfast serving cold already prepared: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Potatoes, and Coffee Machine down to make a cup of Capachino, Cafe Latte ect.ect., on the other hand freshly prepared Omelets/Sunnyside Eggs were the only Hot options on your plate....
