"Although I had paid for my parking in advance when I checked in, whe I returned to the hotel and there was no space to park in the car park. When I complained I was then advised that parking is not guaranteed even if I paid for the few days I was staying. The staff then advised me to either park in a free car park near by or on the single yellow lines around the corner but I would have to move my vehicle by 8am which was ridiculous."

We did book a room for 2 Adults and 1 Child, the Hotel wanted to charge £15pn for a roll away bed, but I refused as I had booked for 3 people on Expedia, the receptionist then waived it. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay again but please be clear when booking if you will charge extras. Also breakfast was £12 per adult with child free, this was nice and the staff were lovely especially Joseph. The parking is £4 per day, which is...
"Room are clean and its a super quiet hotel. Even it quite busy with families parties and work contractors we couldn't hear the other guests at all.
Loved the leaiure facilities and swimming and steamed room was much needed after 4 hours travelling.
We ate in the restaurant since im a gym member from another branch and made use of 50% off my whole bill the pizza was delicious.
Location is 10 mins from the city and used the park and ride near by which was handy really glad we did as leeds city...

"Stayed for 2 nights to attend Leeds festival. Really helpful staff. Clean rooms and a nice bar area to relax. Also gave us an Extra hour, should have been 11am check out and they let us have till 12pm. Also a Great breakfast. Highly recommended"
