"First, we arrived, the room and pool were wonderful. Then when we arrived back to the room after leaving for dinner there was a small lizard, we went to the desk nothing was done, so we named it and shared our room with the lizard. We asked for amenities, starting around twelve, some tea, milk for it, some hot chocolate. We ordered again after hours went by no delivery, and nothing was delivered. "Really cute and beautiful room and hotel overall, with artistic design and nice amenities. The lobby is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also at the heart of the downtown at the historic center; making everything a walking distance.
However, certain items in our room didn't work properly. For example the the toilet flush took extremely long to refill, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable."

I had requested earlier check-in by contacting the hotel directly through Expedia as long hours in the flight and then, train. The hotel staff indicated they didn’t receive my message. They made us wait for 2.5 hours. The lady who was at the reception desk wasn’t really friendly. She also forgot about us after told us to wait. I went to ask her about our room at 2:45pm, she started asking for my name again.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotellet i Firenze. Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt, værelserne var rene og komfortable, og beliggenheden var perfekt. Poolen var også fantastisk og et skønt sted at slappe af efter en dag i byen. Det eneste, der kunne forbedres, var morgenmaden, som godt kunne have haft et større udvalg. Ellers var alt helt i top. Vi kommer meget gerne igen!"
