"Not many staff speak English, but they will always find someone to help."

"入住快捷，服務非常貼心！早餐也是豐富. 房间大，床也是舒服"

"Conveniently located across the street from the light rail station. Loved the laundry facilities and buffet breakfast. Minus one star for wheelchair accessibility, but the staff at the door was kind enough to lift my dad and the wheelchair up the steps. Also, WiFi was extremely slow in during the day and evening; could be an issue for anyone considering remote work. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!"

"The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids."

"The hotel is at a good location. Convenient places for a shopping, eating and sightseeing. Need to change room because the noises from the KTV at 1am plus. Another downside is not from the hotel, but from Expedia which charges DOUBLE the prices online vs the hotel online prices."

"Very nice hotel surrounded by restaurants, the rooms and it’s facilities were very nice and the customer service excellent."

"Room in very old condition and not in good maintenance. Sank is blocked. 4th floor room without elevator "

"以出差人員來說，非常推薦!!"
