"The staff from front desk, bell hop service and housekeeping was excellent."

"The location of this property was perfect, but that's the best part. When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled musty, didn't have room for our luggage to be laid out and the air conditioner didn't seem to work. Also, the view was of some run-down apartments, which looked sketchy and I didn't feel safe in that room. We had to pay for an upgrade, which is ridiculous. The upgraded room was clean, except staff started cleaning it later and later each day and by our last full day there,...

"Amazing hotel, I loved it so so much!! Waikiki itself was a little more hectic than I expected so I think next time I’d explore a different island. But the hotel was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed"

"There were unknown charges $40 per day management fee. $45 / day parking seems very. Parking lot is very narrow and low clearance. It really risky to park in that narrow parking drive in."

"全般的に良かったです。"

"Aright look bruh let me be real. It got no microwave only 1 at the lobby, the shampoo and conditioner was cheeks so buy your own small one. The fridge is barely cold. But it’s close to everything and that’s the best part of it. Like 1 block away and u there at the main strip. Also there are a lot of bus stops near it too so if u ain’t got a car u be aright. Also if u do got a car then drive slow in the parking lot and make sure you park on floor 2 or 3 that’s where the door to the lobby is....

"Beautiful views and very clean. Loved being right in the heart of Wakiki and walking across the street to the ocean."
